Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Where do you ship?
At this time, NNABI ships within the United States only.

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after they are placed.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

When will I receive my order?
Once your order has shipped, standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect shipping information
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. NNABI is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at the time of purchase.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery is outside of NNABI’s control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first.
