Peloton Enters Menopause Care as Wellness Brands Race To Aid Women in Midlife
Once overlooked, women’s midlife health has become one of the most exciting and fast-growing areas in wellness and technology. Perimenopause and menopause, long treated as quiet side notes in medicine, are now commanding attention from some of the world’s most recognizable brands.
Peloton recently partnered with Halle Berry’s Respin Health to launch one of the first large-scale studies on how targeted exercise can ease menopause-related symptoms. At the same time, women-led innovators such as Clue, Oura, Nutrafol, and Midi Health are introducing tools, research, and education designed to help women better understand and manage this critical life stage.
A new report from women’s wellness company NNABI, The Peri Power Report 2025, illustrates how overdue this shift is. In a national survey of 1,000 U.S. women, most respondents reported experiencing an average of seven perimenopause-related symptoms, yet only ten percent had received a formal diagnosis. Nearly forty percent had never considered perimenopause as the cause of their exhaustion, anxiety, or brain fog, often attributing these issues to stress, aging, or mental health.
The neglect of women’s midlife care can be traced back to the early 2000s, when the Women’s Health Initiative sparked confusion about hormone therapy and led to a two-decade silence around menopause. That silence is now breaking. A new generation of women is asking sharper questions, pushing for better science, and demanding solutions that reflect their lived experience.
In response, health and fitness companies are racing to meet the moment. Telehealth platforms like Midi Health and Coral are raising significant investment to expand access to specialized care. Fitness and lifestyle brands such as Pvolve, Jazzercise, and BODi are introducing programs focused on strength, hormonal balance, and longevity.
Together, they are reframing women’s midlife not as decline but as transformation. What was once ignored is now being reimagined as one of the most vital opportunities in modern health and innovation.
